摘 要:近年来,由于聚合物驱油技术在油田广泛应用,导致产生大量的含聚丙烯酰胺污水,这种污水的黏度大,油水分离困难。为此,利用数值模拟的方法对含聚丙烯酰胺污水中油滴聚结与上浮过程进行研究,基于水平集的方法建立了几何模型,设定了模型的初始边界条件,并加入了油水两相流控制方程。为探究油滴黏度变化对其聚结与上浮规律的影响,分别对油滴体积分数、油滴聚结与上浮速度和油滴周围压力的变化情况进行分析。结果表明:油滴黏度不同,其体积分数的变化情况大致相同;油滴在上升过程中主要受浮力、黏性阻力和惯性力的作用,油滴黏度增大,油滴受到的黏性阻力也随之增大,各个小油滴聚结的时间变长,整个过程中油滴的运动速度变小;压力分布主要与高度有关,油滴黏度的变化对压力产生的影响较小。In recent years,due to the wide application of polymer flooding technology in oilfields,a large amount of wastewater containing polyacrylamide is produced.The viscosity of the wastewater is high,and the separation of oil and water is difficult.Therefore,the process of oil droplets coalescing and floating in wastewater containing polyacrylamide is studied by numerical simulation.Based on the horizontal set method,the geometric model is established,the initial boundary conditions of the model are set up,and the control equation of oil-water two-phase flow is added.In order to investigate the influence of viscosity change on the coalescence and upward floating law of oil droplets,the change of oil droplet volume fraction,oil droplet coalescing and floating speed,and pressure around oil droplets are analyzed.The results show that the change of volume fraction of oil droplets is about the same with different viscosity.The oil droplets are mainly affected by buoyancy,viscosity resistance and inertia force during the rising process.With the increase of viscosity,the viscosity resistance of oil droplets increases,the time of coalescence of each small oil droplet increases,and the movement speed of oil droplets decreases during the whole process.The pressure distribution is mainly related to the height,and the change of viscosity of oil droplets has little influence on the pressure.
