采油厂天然气能耗控制措施及对策分析

摘　　要：随着油田稠油开采生产井数的增加,边远区块提捞井的建设及洗井工作量增加,转油站、注蒸汽站、卸油点及加热水点的增多,加热负荷持续上升,新增耗气量逐年增大,且以经验值制定集输参数标准已不适应集输系统能耗控制需求。牢固树立“节气是根本、补气是辅助”的思想,在天然气使用过程中引入提升系统集气能力、控制系统耗气源头、加强清洁能源替代、强化耗气制度管理等技术管理措施,同时,加强井站集气力度、降低集输系统耗气量、提升外引气输气能力、提升气井气保障能力,既能够节约资源,提高经济效益,又能够满足油田行业碳中和的目的。With the increase in number of heavy oil production wells,the construction of bailing wells in remote block and the workload of well washing increased.With the increase in number of transfer stations,steam injection stations,unloading points,and heating water points,the heating load raised continuously,new gas consumption increased year by year.It is no longer suitable for the energy consumption control of the gathering and transportation system to formulate the standard of gathering and transportation parameters based on empirical values.The concept of "gas saving is fundamental,gas supplementing is auxiliary" is firmly established.In the course of natural gas use,technical management measures such as "Improve gas collecting ability of the system,control gas consuming source of the system,strengthen the substitute of clean energy,strengthen the management of gas consuming system" are introduced.At the same time,"strengthen the well station gas collection effort,reduce the gas consumption of the gathering and transportation system,improve the ability of external gas diversion and transmission,and improve the ability of gas well gas support",so that the purpose of saving resources,improving economic benefit,and meeting the requirement of petroleum industry carbon neutral can be realized.
