摘　　要：口述史是史料集成和社会科学质性研究的重要方式,三线建设口述史蕴含着极其丰富和真实的精神描述,属于“抢救性研究”内容。攀枝花三线建设是集全体劳动者之力而创造的奇迹,当年参建的“工农兵学商”各个社会阶层有其独特的精神特质。三线建设者精神动力形成受多重因素影响:“艰苦创业”源于精神和物质的双重激励;“无私奉献”是家国情怀的时代体现;“团结协作”的底气源于制度优势;“勇于创新”是卡脖子逼出的使命感。“三线精神”不仅是社会主义建设史的宝贵财富,也是党性教育和爱国主义教育的重要内容。Oral history is an important way to integrate historical materials and carry out a qualitative research on social science. The oral history of the Third-line construction contains extremely rich and true spiritual description, which is a kind of “salvage research”. The Third-line construction in Panzhihua is a miracle, pooling the efforts of all the builders. The workers, peasants, soldiers and businessmen participating in the construction have their own unique spiritual characteristics. The builders′ spiritual motivation is influenced by multiple factors: “hard work” comes from the double incentives of spirit and material, “selfless dedication” reflects patriotism of the era, “unity and cooperation” comes from the institutional advantages, “courage to innovate” is a sense of mission forced by the bottleneck. The Third-line spirit is not only the precious wealth in the history of socialist construction, but also the important content of the education of Party spirit and patriotism.
