摘　　要：【目的】构建一套循环水养殖绿色水产品全程追溯系统,提升水产品安全质量,保障居民饮食健康。【方法】以循环水养殖绿色水产品为研究对象,在分析循环水养殖产业链各个环节的基础上,结合HACCP体系和绿色水产品相关标准对产业链各环节所涉及的关键信息进行筛选,设计追溯数据库的结构和追溯系统的多功能模块。【结果和结论】构建分权限、多用户的循环水养殖绿色水产品全程追溯系统,在实现水产品全程追溯的同时,也为养殖企业的管理和绿色水产品的认证提供参考和依据。【Objective】To build a whole-process traceability system for green aquatic products in recirculating aquaculture,improve the safety and quality of aquatic products and ensure the healthy diet of residents.【Method】Taking green aquatic products from recirculating aquaculture as the research object,based on the analysis of each link of the recirculating aquaculture industry chain,combined with the HACCP system and the relevant standards of green aquatic products,the key information involved in each link of the industry chain is screened,and the structure of the traceability database and the multifunctional modules of the traceability system are further designed.【Result and Conclusion】One varied-authority and multi-user whole traceability system for green aquatic products from recirculating aquaculture has been constructed to realize the full traceability of aquatic products and provide a reference and basis for the management of aquaculture enterprises and the certification of green aquatic product.
