摘  要:基于模糊理论,研究了并联混合动力汽车工作模式切换过程中的冲击问题。分析并联混合动力汽车在多个动力源模式切换过程中产生的冲击,设计模糊控制器,使离合器由分离到接合的整个切换过程具有良好的动力传递平顺性。进行UDDS工况测试分析,研究了模式切换过程中发动机转矩变化、电机转矩变化与冲击变化曲线。结果表明:离合器由分离到接合的模式切换过程冲击度的峰值小于评价指标,说明在控制器的作用下,并联混合动力汽车在此类模式切换过程中可以较好地传递动力,具有较好的平顺性。Based on fuzzy theory,the impact problem in the operation mode switching process of parallel hybrid electric vehicle is studied.The impact of multiple power source mode switching of parallel hybrid electric vehicle is analyzed,and the fuzzy controller is designed to make the whole switching process have good power transmission ride comfort.UDDS conditions are tested and analyzed to study the curves of engine torque change,motor torque change and impact change in the process of mode switching.The results show that the peak value of impact degree is less than the evaluation index in the mode switching process from clutch separation to engagement,indicating that under the action of the controller,the parallel hybrid electric vehicle can transfer power well in the mode switching process and has better ride comfort.
