摘　　要：对国内外使用玉米资源作为培养料栽培三种食用菌的发展及其利用现状进行了综述,并针对玉米资源栽培三种食用菌相关技术和进一步的开发、利用等情况进行了简单的阐述,同时对玉米资源栽培食用菌的前景进行了展望,列出了一些玉米资源栽培食用菌的存在的问题,以期对食用菌产业的发展提供参考和借鉴。Review the development and utilization status on the cultivation of three Edible fungi by maize resources at home and abroad,this paper make briefness described about the related technologies,development and utilization of corn resources;At the same time,the prospect of cultivating edible fungi with corn resources was prospected,and some existing problems were listed in order to provide reference for the development of edible fungi industry.
