摘 要:采用Deform有限元软件,根据芯辊斜角角度不同建立了L型截面环件轧制过程的三维有限元模型。对模拟结果进行了分析,研究了L型截面环件在不同芯辊斜角角度时环件内的金属流动规律,分析了L型环件中同一截面上不同位置处的金属流动状态,揭示了轧制过程中折叠缺陷的形成机理。同时比较了不同芯辊斜角角度时L型环件的模拟结果,测量了不同条件下L型截面环件中出现的折叠深度。结果表明,在芯辊的工作辊上添加不同角度的斜角后,在一定程度上降低了环件内折叠的程度,但斜角的角度不宜过大,否则环件在轧制过程中会出现偏斜,影响后续成形。The three-dimensional finite element model of rolling process for L-shaped profile ring was established according to the inclina-tion angle of mandrel using Deform finite element software.The simulation results were analyzed and the metal flow law of L-shaped profile ring with different inclination angles of mandrel was studied,the metal flow state of L-shaped ring at different positions on the same section was analyzed and the formation mechanism of folding defect during the rolling process was revealed.At the same time,the simulation re-sults of the L-shaped ring at different inclination angles of mandrel were compared,and the folding depth occurring in the L-shaped section ring under different conditions was measured.The results show that after adding different inclination angles on the work roll of mandrel,the folding degree in the ring is reduced to some extent,but too large inclination angle can result in reflecting of the the ring during the rolling process,which affects the subsequent forming.
