摘  要:“新医科”教育模式对如何培养医学院学生的创新潜能提出了高标准和高要求。电子科技大学医学院挑战性课程“机能学实验”的开展,为医学院学生在基础医学阶段早期接触科研提供了系统全面的引导和训练。项目针对临床上抗生素与乙醇作用发生双硫仑反应存在的一些问题而设计实验,以探究奥硝唑协同不同浓度乙醇诱导小鼠双硫仑样反应影响,该实验教学案例成功应用于临床医学专业本科生实验教学中。实践结果表明,该案例难度适中,紧密衔接本科生机能学实验教学,具有良好的创新性与可行性,能够有效启发和培养学生的创新思维和实践能力,适用于临床医学等相关专业本科生实验教学。The new medical education model puts forward high standards and high requirements on how to cultivate the innovative potential of medical students. The conduct of the challenging course “functional experiment” in School of Medicine in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China provides a systematic and comprehensive guidance and training for medical students to contact scientific research in the early stage of basic medicine. According to the problems existing in the disulfiram-like reaction of the clinical interaction between antibiotics and ethanol, the project designed experiments to explore the effect of Ornidazole combined with different concentrations of ethanol to induce disulfiram-like reaction in mice. The experimental practice was successfully applied to the experimental course of undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine. The practical results show that the case is of moderate difficulty, closely connected with the functional experimental teaching of undergraduate, which has good innovation and feasibility, and can effectively enlighten and cultivate students’ innovative thinking and practical ability. It is suitable for undergraduate experimental teaching in clinical medicine and other related majors.
