摘　　要：运用文献资料、案例分析等方法,分析数字技术赋能健身服务业的内在机理与时代价值,以乐刻运动为例探讨实践经验,提出推进路径。内在机理:推动产业链各环节整合,拓展健身服务业产业链价值;变革传统商业模式,实现价值获取与创造数字化;优化业务流程,为企业运营管理提质增效。时代价值:提高产业效率;推动商业模式创新;促进融合发展。乐刻运动的实践经验:利用数字技术,拓展产业链;打造S2B2C商业模式,实现多方共赢;构建智能平台,实施数字化运营。据此,提出推进路径:以产业链整合为重点,构建多元融合生态圈;以用户运营为核心,创新商业发展模式;以用户需求为导向,实现业务流程延伸共享。By using the methods of literature review and case analysis, this paper analyzed the internal mechanism and values of the times of digital technology empowering the fitness service industry,discussed the practical experience of LEFIT, and put forward the promotion path. Internal mechanism:It promotes the integration of all links of the industry chain and expands the value of the industry chain of fi tness service industry, revolutionizes traditional business models and digitizes value acquisition and creation, and optimizes business processes to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise operation management. Value of the times: It improves the effi ciency, promotes the innovation of the business model and facilitates the integrated development. Experience of LEFIT: It has prominent advantages in using digital technology to expand industrial chain, creating S2B2C business model to achieve multi-party win-win, and building intelligent platform to implement digital operation.Accordingly, this paper proposed the following promotion paths: We should focus on industrial chain integration to build a diversified and integrated ecosystem, take user operation as the core and innovate the business development model, take the user demand as the guidance to realize the extension and sharing of business process.
