摘　　要：目的:研究面部生长型对美观侧貌唇突度的三维审美评价的影响,并分析其结果是否在正畸医生和非专业人士之间有所不同。方法:选取一名面部协调美观且面部软硬组织各测量值均在Holdaway软组织分析法正常值范围内的成年女性志愿者,拍摄正侧位照片导入3D MAX软件制成三维头部模型,改变面型及唇突度后生成45个三维头模。选取正畸医生和非专业人员根据Likert量表对其进行评分。结果:两组评价者对平均生长型-矢状向正常骨面型的模型评分较高(P<0.05),对于其他骨性不协调评价较低,其中在平均生长型-下颌前突,垂直生长型-矢状向正常、垂直生长型-下颌前突,水平生长型-下颌前突中,较突出的唇部位置(+2 mm)评分较高(P<0.05),而平均生长型-下颌后缩,垂直生长型-下颌后缩,水平生长型-下颌后缩,稍微后缩的唇部位置(-2 mm)评分较高(P<0.05)。不同面部生长型对于不同矢状骨面型唇部位置改变量为(-4 mm)、(-2 mm)、(0 mm)、(+2 mm)、(+4 mm)时的评价均呈现显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美观侧貌的唇部位置不仅受到矢状向面部类型的影响,还受到面部生长型的影响。口腔正畸医生和非专业人士审美敏感性不同,审美趋势大致一致,专业人士较苛刻。Objective To study the influence of facial growth pattern on the three-dimensional aesthetic evaluation of lip protrusion in the aesthetic profile,and to clarify whether the results are different between orthodontists and non-professionals.Methods An adult patient with coordinated and beautiful face conforming to the Holdaway soft tissue analysis method was selected,and the frontal,lateral,and 45° images were taken.The 3D MAX software was used to make a three-dimensional head model according to the facial shape,and 45 different subjects were processed.The three-dimensional images were divided into three groups according to facial growth type,and 30 orthodontists and 40 non-professionals were selected to score the randomly arranged head models.Results The evaluators of the two groups scored higher on the average growth type-sagittal normal (P<0.05),and lower evaluations on the other skeletal incoordinations.Among them,the average growth type-mandibular protrusion and the vertical growth type-sagittal Normal,vertical growth type-mandibular protrusion,horizontal growth type-mandibular protrusion,the more prominent lip position (+2 mm) scores higher (P<0.05),and the average growth type-mandibular recession,vertical growth type-Mandibular retraction,horizontal growth type-Mandibular retraction,slightly retracted lip position (-2 mm) score higher (P<0.05).Different facial growth types have significant differences in the evaluation of the lip position changes of (-4 mm),(-2 mm),(0 mm),(+2 mm),(+4 mm) for different sagittal bone facial types (P<0.05).Conclusion The lip position of the beautiful profile is not only affected by the sagittal face type,but also by the facial growth type.Orthodontic doctors and non-professionals have different aesthetic sensitivities,and their aesthetic trends are roughly the same.Professionals are more demanding.
