全麻下透明冠结合纤维桩修复儿童乳上前牙残冠临床分析

摘　　要：目的:采用透明冠结合纤维桩在全麻下修复乳上前牙残冠,探究提高低龄儿童乳上前牙残冠修复保存率的方法。方法:选择笔者科室收治的在全麻下完成乳上前牙残冠治疗的18例患儿(共46颗患牙)为研究对象。所有患儿进行完善的根管治疗后,利用透明冠结合纤维桩修复乳上前牙残冠。根据美国公共卫生署 (United States public health service,USPHS) 改良Ryge评价标准,分析术后成功率。结果:术后1、3、6、12个月治疗成功率分别为97.8%、95.7%、91.3%、84.8%。结论:采用透明冠结合纤维桩修复低龄儿童乳上前牙残冠的成功率高,可临床推广应用。Objective To explore the way to improve the preservation rate of the residual crown of young children,and to provide guidance for the clinical application of fiber post in the residual crowns of the maxillary primary anterior teeth.Methods The participants were 18 pediatric patients with 46 residual crowns of the maxillary primary anterior teeth treated under dental general anesthesia (DGA) in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Kunming Medical University.All the children received root canal therapy,and their residual crowns were restored by using strip crowns combined with fiber posts.According to the improved Ryge evaluation criteria proposed by the United States Public Health Service (USPHS),the preservation rates were analyzed.Results The success rates were 97.8%,95.7%,91.3% and 84.8% in 1,3,6 and 12 months,respectively.Conclusion The application of strip crown combined with fiber post to restore the residual crown of maxillary primary anterior teeth among young children has a high preservation rate and is of great value in clinical application.
