摘 要:目的:探讨奥敏清在青少年正畸治疗中预防牙釉质脱矿及再矿化的作用。方法:选取2017年4月-2018年10月笔者科室收治的50例正畸患者为研究对象,根据随机数字法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。所有患者均采用直丝弓固定矫治技术,对照组采取日常口腔护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加用奥敏清。记录患者治疗前及治疗第6、12个月时的牙面脱矿情况,并测量釉质脱矿指数(EDI)及激光龋齿探测仪探测值(DD值)。结果:治疗第6、12个月,两组牙釉质脱矿率均高于治疗前,治疗第12个月时牙釉质脱矿率均高于治疗第6个月(P<0.05);治疗第6、12个月,观察组牙釉质脱矿率均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第6、12个月,两组EDI值、DD值均高于治疗前,治疗第12个月时EDI值、DD值均高于治疗第6个月(P<0.05);治疗第6、12个月,观察组EDI值、DD值均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:奥敏清在青少年正畸治疗中可有效预防釉质脱矿,促进牙釉质再矿化,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Aominqing on preventing of enamel demineralization and remineralization in orthodontic treatment of adolescents.Methods Total of 50 orthodontic patients admitted to the department of stomatology in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected.According to the random n umber method,the patients were divided into the control group (n=25) and the observation group (n=25).All patients underwent orthodontic treatment with straight wire arch fixation technology.The control group received daily oral care.The observation group was treated with aominqing on the basis of the control group.Before treatment and the 6th month of treatment and the 12th month of treatment,the rate of enamel demineralization was recorded,and the enamel demineralization index (EDI) and the value of the laser caries detector (DD) were measured.Results At the 6th month of treatment and the 12th month of treatment,the rate of enamel demineralization in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the rate of enamel demineralization in the 12th month of treatment was higher than that in the 6th month of treatment,and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).At the 6th month of treatment and the 12th month of treatment,the rate of enamel demineralization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group over the same period,and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).At the 6th month of treatment and the 12th month of treatment,the EDI value and DD value of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the EDI value and DD value in the 12th month of treatment were higher than those in the 6th month of treatment,and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).At the 6th month of treatment and the 12th month of treatment,the EDI value and DD value in the observation group were lower than those in the control group over the same period,and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ao
