摘　　要：Fabry病虽然临床表现多样,也可以只局限于心脏受累,本文通过综述Fabry病患者的心血管表现及治疗研究进展,为不明原因心肌肥厚患者的诊治打开新的思路。Although the clinical manifestations of Fabry disease are diverse,it can also be limited to cardiac involvement.In this paper,the research progress of cardiovascular manifestations and treatment of patients with Fabry disease is reviewed to open up a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with unexplained cardiac hypertrophy.
