穴位埋线配合艾灸百会穴治疗气虚下陷型肛门坠胀疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位埋线法配合艾灸百会穴治疗功能性肛门坠胀气虚下陷证的临床疗效。方法:选择50例肛门坠胀患者,按照随机数字法随机分为两组,每组25例。观察组予以穴位埋线配合艾条灸治疗,对照组予口服补中益气汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,肛门坠胀、证候积分及焦虑、抑郁量表评分。结果:观察组总有效率[92.00%(23/25)]高于对照组[68.00%(17/25)](P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肛门坠胀评分、证候积分及焦虑、抑郁量表评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线法配合艾灸百会治疗气虚下陷型肛门坠胀能明显减轻患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪。Objective:To observe clinical effects of acupoint catgut embedding and moxibustion on Baihui points in treating anal distension and swelling of Qi deficiency and sinking pattern.Methods:All 50 patients were separated to two groups according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding and moxa stick moxibustion,and the control group took Buzhong Yiqi Tang orally.To compare clinical effects,the scores of anal distension and swelling,syndrome integrals,SAS and SDS.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was[92.00%(23/25)],higher than[68.00%(17/25)]of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of anal distension and swelling,syndrome integrals,SAS and SDS of both groups were lowered than these before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding and moxibustion on Baihui points in treating anal distension and swelling of Qi deficiency and sinking pattern could notably relieve clinical symptoms in patients,raise clinical effects and improve anxiety and depression.
