摘　　要：n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids,n-3 PUFAs)已被证明对许多炎症性疾病、癌症及抑郁症等有明显疗效,其亦可缓解一些皮肤相关疾病的症状。n-3 PUFAs缓解皮肤炎症的重要机制是对炎症因子花生四烯酸及类花生酸的竞争性抑制作用。本文从疗效和作用机制入手,阐述了n-3 PUFAs对包括光线性皮肤病、炎症性皮肤病、皮肤肿瘤及创伤愈合在内的皮肤相关疾病的影响,以期在今后能更好地实现临床转化及应用。n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(n-3 PUFAs)have been shown to not only have significant effects on many inflammatory diseases,cancers and depression,but also alleviate the symptoms of some skin diseases.An important mechanism for n-3 PUFAs to alleviate skin inflammation is the competitive inhibition of inflammatory cytokines such as arachidonic acid and eicosanoids.We summarized the efficacy and mechanism of n-3 PUFAs and reviewed the effects of n-3 PUFAs on skin-related diseases including photodermatosis,inflammatory dermatosis,skin tumor and wound healing,to better achieve clinical transformation and application in the future.
