摘  要:现有医学教育体系基于学科设置课程,基础与临床课程脱节,临床与预防存在裂痕,教学内容相对陈旧,教学模式单一,实践脱节,学校与附院教学管理衔接不紧密等诸多问题,制约了人才培养质量的提升。在大量调研论证的基础上,本文从教育理念、教学模式、课程体系和教学资源四个层面,打破藩篱,重新整合,创建并实施胜任力为导向的“全融合”临床医学人才培养新模式。打造系统、完整的器官系统为主结合相关指示模块的整合课程体系,组织出版我国首套国家级器官系统整合教材,构建新型国家医学考试评价体系,成立实体化跨院、跨学科的器官系统整合教研室,为我国临床医学人才培养提供一种可借鉴的新范式。The existed medical education system arranges courses based on individual discipline.There are many problems,such as outdated teaching content,single teaching methodology,mono-pedagogic model,disconnections between preclinical and clinical teaching,management,and practice.All the problems seriously restrict the improvement of talent training quality.In terms of a lot of survey and discussion,we have established and implemented a novel training medical talent educational grogram characterized by called“fully-integrated”organ-system based curriculum system.The integration manifests in 4 aspects,that is:education concept,teaching model,course system and teaching resources.The mission of the program is for Health China to train outstanding doctors with lofty medical ethics,broad knowledge,solid skills,and scientific literacy.
