摘 要:3D自由复杂曲面的中厚板成形一直是金属成形领域的瓶颈。介绍一种成形力小、成形效率和精度高的复杂曲面热辅助渐进弯曲成形工艺。利用最小能量原理,通过渐进的方式对金属板材进行弯曲成形,最大限度地减小了成形力;采用基于计算机视觉技术的无模型智能控制,对成形后的金属板材进行偏差补偿,确保工件的尺寸精度;通过局部加热的方式减小回弹和增大金属板的成形极限。该工艺分别成形了单曲率金属板、变曲率金属板和双曲率金属板。实验结果表明:热辅助渐进弯曲成形工艺加工复杂曲面板材平均成形偏差小于3mm,平均加工时间小于20 min,与现有方法相比,该方法具有简单、快速和高效等优点。Three-dimensional free complex curved surfaces medium thick plate forming is always a bottleneck in metal forming field.A heat-assisted incremental bending process for complex curved surface with low forming force,high forming efficiency and high precision was introduced.By using the principle of minimum energy,the metal plate was bent in a gradual way to reduce the forming force for the most part.The model-free intelligent control based on computer vision technology was adopted to compensate the errors of the metal plate after forming and ensure the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece.By means of local heating,the springback was reduced and the forming limit of metal plate was increased.The process can form the single curvature metal plate,the variable curvature metal plate and the double curvature metal plate.The experimental results show that heat-assisted incremental bending method form complex curved plate,whose the forming average error is less than 3 mm and the average processing time is less than 20 minutes,compared with the existing methods,this method has the advantages of simple,rapidity and efficiency.
