“格物致知”与“以物观物”——两宋理学家咏物赋创作探赜  

“Study-Things-to-Acquire-Knowledge”and“Viewing Things from Things”--A Probe into the Creation of Poetry-of-Chanting-Things by Neo-Confucians in the Song Dynasty

摘  要:两宋理学家咏物赋共计36篇,与“格物致知”“以物观物”等理学观点和思维模式密切联系。朱熹等人在“格物致知”等理学观点影响下,能够在其咏物赋中通过情景交融的细腻描写,体现其对“心道合一”心态的向往和对“孔颜乐处”“曾点之境”美好道德境界的追求;在“以物观物”思维模式的影响下,杨万里、陈傅良、薛季宣能够使用托物言志的手法体现他们的济世热情,在辞赋“体物写志”“劝百讽一”的辞赋功能中抒发其入世情怀,践行其事功理念。两宋理学家咏物赋较文学家而言,能够凸显理趣韵致,更加呈现平易自然的文风。There are 36 poems on chanting things by Neo-Confucians in the Song Dynasties(960-1279),closely related to the Neo-Confucianism such as“Study-Things-to-Acquire-Knowledge”and“Viewing-Things-from-Things”.ZHU Xi and other scholars were able to express“the unity of mind and Tao”in their chanting and verses through detailed descriptions.In the light of“Viewing-Things-from-Things”,YANG Wanli,CHEN Fuliang,and XUE Jixuan were able to express their enthusiasm for the world in theeir poetry and fulfills their ideals.Compared with literary scholars,Neo-Confucianists in the Song Dynasty can highlight rationality,interest,and charm,and present a more natural style of writing.
