摘 要:高速磁浮列车用通信信号连接器,是用于各种传感器与控制设备的信号传输、保证磁浮运行安全的关键部件。高速磁浮列车走行机构部分的通信连接器工作环境比较复杂,列车经过长期运行后,连接器表面出现了不同程度的腐蚀现象。对磁浮列车通信连接器的腐蚀现状及腐蚀机理进行了分析,对腐蚀类型进行了分类与研究。同时,基于理论研究与试验验证相结合的方法,对连接器进行了耐腐蚀试验,实现了故障复现。为进一步延长连接器的使用寿命,提出了针对连接器结构、选材、装配工艺等维度的改进方法,为后续提升高速磁浮列车用通信信号连接器的可靠性提供了帮助。The communication signal connector used in high-speed maglev train was the key part for signal transmission of various sensors and control equipment,and it guaranteed the safety of maglev operation.It was very complicated that the working environment of the communication connectors in the moving mechanism of high-speed maglev train.The surface of connectors showed different levels of corrosion phenomena after long time operation.The corrosion status and mechanism of communication connectors of maglev train were analyzed,and the corrosion types were classified and studied.At the same time,based on the method of combining theoretical research with experimental verification,the corrosion resistance test of the connector was carried out,and the fault recurrence was realized.In order to further prolong the service life of the connector,I put forward improvement methods for the connector structure,material selection,assembly process and other dimensions,which provided help for the subsequent improvement of the reliability of communication signal connector for the high-speed maglev train.
