护联体模式下“互联网+护理服务”护士实践体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解参与护联体模式下“互联网+护理服务”护士的实践体验,为“互联网+护理服务”政策的确定提供借鉴。方法采用目的抽样的方法,抽选参与护联体模式下的“互联网+护理服务”的8名护士进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi资料分析法对资料进行分析,并提取主题。结果提炼了4个主题:护士参与护联体模式下的“互联网+护理服务”实践意愿明确;护士参与护联体模式下“互联网+护理服务”实践的正向积极体验;担忧患者安全和自身执业安全;护士对“互联网+护理服务”的改进期望。结论护联体模式下的“互联网+护理服务”适应老龄化社会的健康需求,也契合了护士的职业发展需求。但在执业安全保障、优化流程、服务标准建设和同质化培训管理方面尚需进一步发展。在后续的实践中创新思路不断完善,为“互联网+护理服务”政策出台提供切实的借鉴,为分级诊疗的切实落地夯实基础。Objective To understand the practical experience of nurses engaged in "Internet+Nursing Service" under the mode of nursing consortium, so as to provide reference for the determination of "Internet+Nursing Service" policy. Method Using the method of objective sampling, 8 nurses engaged in the "Internet+Nursing Service" under the mode of nursing consortium were selected for in-depth interviews. Colaizzi data analysis was used to analyze the data and extract themes.Results Four themes were extracted: nurses’ willingness to participate in the practice of "Internet+Nursing Service" under the mode of nursing consortium was clear;positive experience of nurses participating in the practice of "Internet+Nursing Service" under the mode of nursing consortium;concerned about patient safety and the safety of their own practice;nurses’ expectations for improvement of "Internet+Nursing Service". Conclusion The "Internet+Nursing Service" under the mode of nursing consortium meets the health needs of the aging society, and also meets the professional development needs of nurses.However, further development is needed in terms of professional safety assurance, process optimization, service standard construction, and homogeneous training management. In the follow-up practice, innovative ideas are constantly improved to provide practical reference for the introduction of the "Internet+Nursing Service" policy and lay a solid foundation for the practical implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment.
