高校辅导员思政教育工作面临的问题与解决策略

摘　　要：信息技术不断发展背景下,新时代提出关于辅导员思政教育工作的新目标,并且为辅导员思政教育工作创新提出改革路径,这对推动高校各项工作的开展产生深远影响。高校辅导员思政教育工作,可以推动学生制度化管理工作的有序进行,并采用将思政教育工作与人才培养工作有机统一的方式,通过思想政治教育引领学生学习正确的人生观和价值观。基于此,该文根据现存的辅导员思政教育工作问题,分析辅导员思政教育工作中学生思想的特点,最后结合思政教育工作创新必要性,提出辅导员思政教育工作的问题解决出路,进而帮助高校思政教育更快完成和实现教育改革的目标。Under the background of the continuous development of information technology,the new era puts forward new goals for counselors'ideological and political education work,and proposes a reform path for the innovation of counselors'ideological and political education work,which can also have a far-reaching impact on promoting the development of various work in colleges and universities.The ideological and political education work of college counselors can promote the orderly progress of students'institutionalized management work,and adopt the method of organically unifying ideological and political education work and talent training work,and guide students to learn the correct outlook on life and values through ideological and political education.Based on this,this paper analyzes the characteristics of students'thinking in counselors'ideological and political education work based on the existing problems,and finally combines the necessity of innovation in ideological and political education work to propose a way out of the problems,in order to help colleges and universities to complete and achieve the goal of educational reform faster.
