摘　　要：校园文化的建设是一个长期的过程,实现良好的校园文化建设,需要学校、教师和学生的多方努力。学生社团在立德树人中的积极作用对于校园文化建设起到了非常重要的作用。该文分析了社团组织在校园文化建设中的作用、存在的问题,提出在优化社团制度建设、打造优质社团品牌、营造良好的校园文化氛围、传承优秀传统文化等方面促进校园文化建设。高校校园文化建设的长远发展,有利于培育学生积极向上的精神风貌,让当代学生能在良好的校园环境下提高能力,获得更大的进步。The construction of campus culture is a long-term process, which needs the joint efforts of schools,teachers and students. The positive effect of student associations on morality education has played a very important role in the construction of campus culture. This paper analyzes the role and existing problems of college associations in the construction of campus culture, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the construction of campus culture, such as optimizing the association system, building high-quality association, creating a good campus cultural atmosphere, inheriting excellent traditional culture and so on. The long-term development of campus culture construction in colleges and universities is conducive to cultivating students’ positive spirit as well as establishing a good campus environment for contemporary students to improve their ability and make greater achievements.
