摘　　要：每个时代都会赋予自己时代相应的使命和担当,正是这些使命和担当使得每一时代人都表现出自己时代独有的特征和规定性。当前整个世界情势正处于全球化发展大势,这对任何国家和个人来说都是一把双刃剑。这就要求“时代新人”既要积极顺应这一发展大势,又要自觉培养与这一发展大势相适应的素质和能力:一是世界性的战略眼光,二是发展性的成长思维,三是批判性的主体人格,从而把自己切实锻造成为有理想、有本领、有担当、德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人。Every era has its own missions and responsibilities,which make people of the times show their unique characteristics and regulations.At present,the whole world is in the trend of globalization,which is a double-edged sword for any country or individual.That requires the"talent of the new era"to not only actively respond to this development trend,but also consciously cultivate qualities and abilities that are compatible with this development trend:firstly,a global strategic vision;secondly,a mindset of developmental growth;and thirdly,an independent personality of critical thinking so as to become the builders and carriers of the socialist cause who are of mission,competence,responsibility,and a sound development in morality,academic performance and physical strength.
