不同蒸馏时间香薷挥发油主要成分含量及抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的:考察蒸馏时间对香薷挥发油的主要成分含量及抑菌活性的影响。方法:气相色谱法测定不同蒸馏时间香薷挥发油中主要成分麝香草酚和香荆芥酚的含量,纸片法和肉汤稀释法比较不同蒸馏时间香薷挥发油的抑菌作用。结果:随着蒸馏时间的延长,香薷挥发油的提取率不断升高。不同蒸馏时间香薷挥发油中麝香草酚的含量无显著性差异。蒸馏时间1 h的香薷挥发油中香荆芥酚的含量低于其他蒸馏时间(P <0.05)。不同蒸馏时间香薷挥发油的抑菌作用无显著性差异。结论:建立的气相色谱法可用于测定香薷挥发油中麝香草酚和香荆芥酚的含量,蒸馏时间对香薷挥发油的提取率有显著影响,但对主要成分的含量和抑菌活性的影响较小。Objective To investigate the effect of different distillation time on the contents of main compotents and the antibacterial activity of Moslae Herba volatile oil. Methods GC was applied to determinate the contents of main compotents of Moslae Herba volatile oil at different distillation time. Disk diffusion method and broth double dilution method were used to compare the antibacterial activity.Results With the extension of distillation time,the extraction yield of Moslae Herba volatile oil increased. There was no significant difference in the contents of thymol of Moslae Herba volatile oil from different distillation time. The contents of carvacrol of Moslae Herba volatile oils which were extracted for 1 h were significantly lower than volatile oils from other distillation time( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the antibacterial activity of Moslae Herba volatile oil from different distillation time. Conclusion The GC method can be used to determinate the contents of thymol and carvacrol of Moslae Herba volatile oil. Distillation time had significant effect on the extraction yield,but and had slight effect on the contents of main compotents and antibacterial activity of Moslae Herba volatile oil.
