摘　　要：在高标准、强需求的背景下,相关管理层应重视医学检验实验室的管理工作,完善或重构管理措施,并搭建适应性更强的管理体系。为提升医学检验实验室管理质量和效果,创建高质量、高标准的检验环境,本文结合实际工作经验,以5S基本概念为基础,以高校医学检验实验室存在的管理问题为着力点,探究高校医学检验实验室标准化管理措施,以供参考。In the context of high standards and strong demand,the relevant management should pay attention to the management of medical laboratory,improve or reconstruct management measures,and build a more adaptive management system. In order to improve the management quality and effect of medical laboratory and create a high-quality and high standard inspection environment,this paper combined with practical work experience,based on the basic concept of 5S,and taking the management problems existing in medical laboratory in universities as the focus,explores the standardized management measures of medical laboratory in universities for reference.
