摘　　要：依据现场实际情况,提出一种新的掘进机电控系统。该电控系统以DCF-1控制器为核心,采用CAN总线进行信息通信,通过布置各类传感器实现对掘进机运行参数的监测。提出的电控系统具有高温、过压及过流监测以及漏电监测等功能。现场应用后,该电控系统可实现对掘进机的有效控制,并自动监测掘进机故障类型及位置,现场取得较好应用效果。Based on the actual situation on site,a new electronic control system for roadheader is proposed,which uses DCF-1 controller as the core,CAN bus for information communication and various sensors for monitoring the operating parameters of roadheader.The proposed electronic control system has functions such as temperature,overvoltage and overcurrent monitoring as well as leakage monitoring.After application on site,the electronic control system can achieve effective control of the roadheader and automatically monitor the type and location of roadheader faults,achieving good application results on site.
