环境规制强度、前沿技术差距与企业绿色技术创新

摘　　要：基于技术差距视角,借助2000-2019年中国A股上市公司绿色专利数据,分析了环境规制政策对企业绿色技术创新的作用机制,重点讨论了前沿技术差距对环境规制强度和企业绿色技术创新之间关系的差异化影响。研究表明:环境规制强度与企业绿色技术创新之间呈“倒U型”关系;前沿技术差距与企业绿色技术创新之间呈“U型”关系;前沿技术差距对环境规制强度与企业绿色技术创新的关系具有负向调节效应,技术差距增大会通过降低创新强度与延缓创新反应两种方式,显著弱化环境规制强度与企业绿色技术创新的“倒U型”关系。通过对企业的异质性分析,发现环境规制强度、前沿技术差距与企业绿色技术创新的关系因企业所有制、行业污染程度、地区以及市场关注度不同而有所差别。Based on the technology gap perspective, the paper analyzes the mechanism of environmental regulation policy on firms′ green technology innovation with the help of green patent data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2000 to 2019,focusing on the differential impact of frontier technology gap on the relationship between environmental regulation intensity and firms′ green technology innovation.Results shows that: the relationship between environmental regulation intensity and firms′ green technology innovation is "inverted U-shaped".The relationship between frontier technology gap and firms′ green technology innovation is "U-shaped".The frontier technology gap has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between environmental regulation intensity and firms′ green technology innovation.The technology gap has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between environmental regulation intensity and green technology innovation, and an increase in the technology gap significantly weakens the "inverted U-shaped" relationship between environmental regulation intensity and green technology innovation through both reducing innovation intensity and delaying innovation response.By analyzing the heterogeneity of firms, it also finds that the relationship between environmental regulation intensity, frontier technology gap and firms′ green technology innovation varies according to firm ownership, industry pollution level, region and market concern.
