摘  要:针对特殊工况对无缝钢管高强度、高韧性的特殊要求,优化设计了150V级无缝钢管用钢的化学成分、热处理工艺,采用电炉+炉外精炼+真空脱气生产了连铸方坯,采用大轧制比轧制生产出无缝钢管用管坯。对管坯的低倍组织、力学性能、夹杂物进行了分析。结果表明:采用电炉冶炼、大轧制比热轧后管坯无A和C类夹杂物,B,D及DS类夹杂物均≤1.0级,管坯低倍中心疏松为1.0级。利用微合金元素复合添加能够有效细化晶粒、通过调质热处理得到细小均匀的回火索氏体,微合金形成的化合物细小,从而有效提高150V级无缝钢管用钢的强韧性。综合评判开发的150V级无缝钢管钢的性能满足要求。According to the special requirements of high strength and high toughness of seamless steel tubes under special working conditions,the chemical composition and heat treatment process for 150V seamless steel pipe steel are optimized. Continuous casting billets are produced by the combined processing method consisting of electric-furnace smelting,external refining and vacuum degassing. The billets for seamless steel pipe are produced by the large-ratio rolling. The microstructure,mechanical properties and inclusions of the billet are analyzed. Results show that after the melting and rolling,no A and C-type inclusions are found,the B,D and DS-type inclusions are less than grade 1,and the low magnification center porosity of the tube is in grade 1. The compound addition of microalloying elements can effectively refine grain size,generate the fine compounds,and obtain fine and uniform tempered sorbitite through quenching and tempering heat treatment,all of which contribute to the improvement of strength and toughness of 150V seamless steel pipe. The developed 150V seamless steel pipe could meet the performance requirements.
