摘  要:利用Gleeble-3180热模拟试验机与Deform-3D软件对大截面奥氏体不锈钢锻件热成形工艺优化进行研究。试验表明:变形温度为950,1050和1150℃时,应变速率越高,热变形抗力越大;应变速率在0.05,0.1 s-1下,温度越高,热变形抗力越低。在950℃,0.1 s-1下,损伤值与等效应力最大,分别达到0.396与763 MPa。对再结晶行为进行分析,发现1150℃,0.05 s-1的试样中心大部分发生完全再结晶,且结晶程度高,大部分晶粒在17.2~44.1μm之间。Optimization of hot forming process for lightweight large section austenitic stainless steel forgings is studied by using Gleeble-3180 thermal simulation testing machine and Deform-3D software.The results show that when the deformation temperatures are 950,1050 and 1150 ℃,the higher the strain rate,the larger the thermal deformation resistance. When the strain rates are 0.05 and 0.1 s,the higher the temperature,the lower the thermal deformation resistance. At the condition of 950 ℃and 0.1 s-1,the damage value and equivalent stress are the largest,reaching 0.396 and 763 MPa,respectively. Analysis of the recrystallization behavior reveals that at the condition of 1150 ℃ and0.05 s,most part of the sample is completely recrystallized with high crystallization degree,and the grains are mainly in the range of 17.2~44.1 μm.
