摘 要:针对由流体引发的脱硫搅拌器振动问题,以常规三叶搅拌器为研究对象,采用基于单向流固耦合的模态分析方法,对流体作用下的搅拌器进行模态分析。通过分析搅拌器在流体作用下的应力和变形情况,对搅拌器最大等效应力部位进行谐响应分析。结果表明:铁水罐内最大流速位于搅拌头附近区域流体,最大速度为1.2 m/s;最小流速位于铁水罐内罐壁附近区域流体,最小速度为0.1 m/s;流固耦合作用下搅拌器最大等效应力出现在搅拌轴和搅拌叶片连接处,数值为2299.6 Pa;当激励频率为1阶和3阶固有频率时,搅拌头的振动响应分别达到峰值;当激励频率为260 Hz时,y、z方向的位移峰值分别达到0.0016、0.0003 mm;当激励频率为1800 Hz时,y、z方向的位移峰值分别达到0.0063、0.0022 mm。For the vibration problem of desulfurization mixer caused by fluid,the conventional three-type mixer was used as the research object,the modal analysis method based on unidirectional fluid-solid coupling was used to make the modal analysis of the mixer under the action of fluid.By analyzing the stress and deformation of the mixer under the action of fluid,the harmonic response analysis of the maximum equivalent stress position of mixer was carried out.The results show that the maximum flow velocity in the iron water tank is located in the regional fluid near the mixing head,and the maximum velocity is 1.2 m/s;the minimum flow velocity is located in the fluid near the tank wall,the minimum velocity is 0.1 m/s;under the fluid-solid coupling,the maximum equivalent pressure appears at the mixing shaft and mixing blade connection,the maximum equivalent pressure is 2299.6 Pa;when the excitation frequency is the first and third order nature frequency,the vibration response of the mixing head reaches peaks respectively;when the excitation frequency of the agitator is 260 Hz,the peak displacements of y and z directions reach 0.0016 mm and 0.0003 mm respectively;when the excitation frequency of the agitator is 1800 Hz,the peaks displacements of y and z direction reach 0.0063 mm and 0.0022 mm respectively.
