摘  要:以数据容灾备份人才培养为例,对产教融合师资教学团队建设进行研究。介绍了建设产教融合师资教学团队的意义,总结了产教融合师资教学团队建设面临的问题,提出了合理的产教融合师资教学团队建设策略:改革聘用标准,保障产教融合师资团队建设质量;改革绩效考核标准,激发专兼职教师的积极性;打造人才培养生态圈,提供专兼职教师职业发展平台;转变理念,准确定位产教融合教学团队功能。职业院校要以产教融合为支撑点来建设高水平的“双师型”专兼职教师队伍,提高办学质量,为信创产业的发展培养出更多的高素质工匠型人才。Through taking data disaster recovery backup talent training as an example,the study researches the industry-education integrated teaching team construction,introduces the construction significance,summarizes the problems,and proposes the strategies,i.e.to reform employment standards,guarantee the quality of industry-education integrated teaching team construction;reform performance examination standards,stimulate the enthusiasm of full-time and part-time teachers;create talent training ecosphere,provide the development platform for full-time and part-time teachers;change concept,accurately locate the function of industry-education integrated teaching team construction.Vocational colleges should construct high qualified“dual”full-time and part-time teaching team through taking industry-education integration as the supporting point,improve the quality of running a school,to train more high qualified craftsman talents for the development of information entrepreneurship.
