摘　　要：在“双创教育”“双一流”“新种科”等建设背景下,教育部高等学校种子科学与工程专业教指委协同中国作物学会作物种子专业委员会联合多家单位首建“全国大学生种艺竞赛”,为中国种业振兴创新创业人才培养提供了重要平台。文章回顾中国种业人才培养史,以“登海杯”全国大学生种艺竞赛为例,从创赛视角探索实践人才培养新模式,为现代种业高质量发展提供人才智力支撑。Under the background of double creation education, double first-class initiative and new seed science, the Teaching and Instruction Committee of Seed Science and Engineering of the Ministry of Education, in collaboration with the Crop Seed Professional Committee of the Chinese Crop Society, jointly initiated the National College Students’ Seed Art Competition, which provides an important platform for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the revitalization of China’s seed industry. Based on the review of the history of talent cultivation in China’s seed industry, this paper takes the Denghai Cup National College Students Seed Arts Competition as an example to explore a new mode of talent cultivation from the perspective of competition creation, so as to provide intellectual support for the high-quality development of modern seed industry.
