摘 要:目的:调查了解实习护生康复护理认知情况,为制定实习培训计划提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法选取2020年6月于华中科技大学同济医学院附属梨园医院进行临床实习的97名不同高校护生,按照学历不同,分为专科组(n=82)和本科组(n=15)。针对康复护理理念、知识、技术三方面,自行设计实习护生康复护理认知情况调查问卷对97名护生进行康复护理认知现状调查。结果:在康复护理知识认知方面,“了解”的占比为51.55%(50例),“很熟悉”的仅占3.09%(3例),仍有9.28%(9例)的护生对康复护理知识“一无所知”;在康复护理技术认知方面,“知道”及以上占比为87.63%(85例),而对康复护理技能认知方面表现为“一无所知”的仍占12.37%(12例)。康复护理介入时间认知方面,76.29%(74例)的护生认为应在“住院后”进行康复护理介入,21.65%(21例)认为应在“出院后”进行康复护理介入。51.55%(50例)的护生认为康复护理执行者为“康复科护士”,28.87%(28例)的护生认为康复护理执行者为“康复技师”。大部分护生对康复护理的求知态度还是积极的,其中表现为“感兴趣”的护生占35.05%(34例),表示“希望了解”的护生占48.45%(47例)。本科和大专护生在康复护理知识、技能、求知态度的评分分别为(3.07±1.16)分和(2.68±0.83)分、(2.73±0.96)分和(2.45±0.85)分、(3.67±0.98)分和(3.52±0.84)分,不同学历的护生在康复护理知识、技能、求知态度方面差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。对康复护理知识熟悉的实习护生中,求知态度感兴趣者[78.57%(11/14)]、康复护理技能熟悉者[64.29%(9/14)]占比均高于康复护理知识不熟悉者[43.37%(36/83);1.20%(1/83)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。康复护理求知态度为感兴趣的实习护生中,康复护理知识熟悉者[29.79%(14/47)]、康复护理技能熟悉者[19.15%(9/47)]占比均高于康复护理求知态度非感兴趣者[Objective:To investigate and understand the cognition of rehabilitation nursing of nursing students,so as to provide reference for making internship training plan.Method:97 nursing students from different universities who had clinical practice in Liyuan Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from June,2020 were selected by convenient sampling method,the questionnaire was designed from the three aspects of rehabilitation nursing concept,knowledge and technology to investigate the 97 nursing students'rehabilitation cognition.Result:Among 97 nursing students,51.55%(50 cases)understood rehabilitation nursing knowledge,3.09%(3 cases)were very familiar with rehabilitation nursing knowledge,however,9.28%(9 cases)knew nothing about rehabilitation nursing knowledge.In terms of rehabilitation and nursing technology cognition,“know and above”accounted for 87.63%(85 cases),and“knowing nothing”accounted for 12.37%(12 cases).With regard to cognition of intervention time during rehabilitation nursing,most of the students believed that intervention should be carried out“after hospitalization”(76.29%)(74 cases)and the second intervention time was“after discharge”(21.65%)(21 cases)Half of the nursing students(51.55%)(50 cases)regarded the rehabilitation care practitioners as“rehabilitation nurses”,secondly“rehabilitation technician”(28.87%)(28 cases).Most of the nursing students had a positive attitude towards rehabilitation and nursing,among which 35.05%(34 cases)were"interested"and 48.45%(47 cases)expressed“hope to learn”.The average scores of rehabilitation nursing knowledge,skills and learning attitude between undergraduate and junior college nursing students were(3.07±1.16)and(2.68±0.83),(2.73±0.96)and(2.45±0.85),(3.67±0.98)and(3.52±0.84),respectively.There were no significant differences between educational background(P>0.05).Among the nursing students who were familiar with the knowledge of rehabilitation nursing,those who were interested in the attitu
