摘  要:大力发展课程思政建设是构建全员全程全方位育人格局,使各类课程与思想政治理论课形成协同效应的必然举措。在“现代物流管理”课程思政建设过程中,必须全员参与、高度重视,确保专业教师、学工队伍以及行政教辅人员齐抓共建,通力合作。内容设计上要充分挖掘思政元素,注重知识点与思政元素的自然融合,达到如盐化水的境界。教学实施上要确保课前充分准备,灵活运用各种教学方法,课内课外共同实施。通过多部门多角色共同参与,不断努力提高“现代物流管理”课程思政的育人实效。Developing curriculum ideological and political construction is an inevitable measure to build a pattern of all-round education for all personnel and make all kinds of courses and ideological and political theory courses form synergistic effect.In the course of ideological and political construction of Modern Logistics Management,all staff must participate and attach great importance to it,so as to ensure the joint construction and cooperation of professional teachers,students and staff as well as administrative teaching assistants.Content design should fully excavate ideological and political elements,pay attention to the natural integration of knowledge points and ideological and political elements,to achieve the realm of salt water.In terms of teaching implementation,we should ensure full preparation before class,flexibly use of various teaching methods,in class and extracurricular joint implementation.Through the joint participation of multiple departments and roles,the course of Modern Logistics Management is constantly improving its ideological and political education effectiveness.
