摘　　要：为实现科技成果产业化发展,促进科技与经济的深度融合,基于利益相关者视域,分析了科技成果产业化过程中利益相关者的角色及互动关系,结合文献对促进科技成果产业化发展的研究,提出缩短利益相关者的距离、实现资源快速高效配置的具体措施。以黑龙江省工业技术研究院为例,从利益相关者视域做出推演,进行实践验证,为解决科技成果产业化困境提供科学的指导依据和实践参考。In order to achieve the development of scientific and technological achievements,and promote the deep integration of science and technology,and economy,the study analyzes the role and interactive relationship of stakeholders in the process of the industrialization of scientific research achievements from the perspective of stake holders,and researches the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements through combining with literature,and proposes the specific measures for the reduction of the distance among stakeholders,and achieve the rapid and efficient allocation of resources.Through taking Heilongjiang Institute of Industrial Technology as an example,the study deduces from the perspective of stakeholders,and does practical verification,to provide scientific guidance and practice reference for the solve of dilemma of the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
