摘 要:为提高国产单板层积材(LVL)产品的技术含量和附加值水平,通过将经动态弹性模量质量分等后的同批次A、B等级的意杨LVL作为翼缘设计并制造成的同规格的工字梁,并对其开展力学性能研究,其试件A和B的平均弹性模量分别为13.16 GPa和11.09 GPa;并对其工字梁试件开展了抗压承载力和抗剪承载力的性能测定。其结论表明,A和B等级LVL翼缘制造的工字梁的平均抗压承载力和抗剪承载力均符合设计要求,其中A等级LVL翼缘制造的工字梁平均抗压承载力和抗剪承载力均优于B等级LVL翼缘制造的工字梁。以期为提升木结构建筑工程中国产LVL产品的实际应用提供技术支撑。In order to improve the technical content and added value level of domestic laminated veneer lumber(LVL)products, the same batch of A and B grade Italian poplar LVL after dynamic elastic modulus quality grading was used as the flange design and manufactured the I-beam of the same specification, and the mechanical properties were studied.The average elastic modulus of the specimens A and B were 13.16 Gpa and 11.09 Gpa respectively.The performance measurement of compressive bearing capacity and shear bearing capacity of the I-beam specimens has been carried out.The conclusion shows that the average compressive bearing capacity and shear capacity of I-beams made with LVL flanges of grade A and B meet the design requirements. Among them,the average compressive bearing capacity and shear capacity of I-beams made with A-grade LVL flanges are better than those with B-grade LVL flanges. The above is expected to provide technical support for improving the practical application of Chinese-made LVL products in wood structure construction projects.
