摘　　要：合理的工艺规程方案与工装夹具能保证零件加工的高效率和企业的经济性。通过对零件分析、工序设计、工艺规程设计,最后完成夹具设计。在工艺设计中,根据生产现场经验方法来获得最好的工艺路线,达到节约时间提高劳动生产率的作用。夹具设计是设计缸筒滚压头,滚压是一种无切屑加工,在常温下利用金属的塑性变形,使工件表面的微观不平度辗平从而达到改变表层结构、机械特性、形状和尺寸,并提高表面光洁度。采用上述专用夹具设计方案,保证了零件的中批量生产,提高了劳动效率。Reasonable process specification schemes and tooling fixtures can ensure the high efficiency of parts processing and the economy of the enterprise.Through the analysis of parts, process design, and process specification design, the fixture design was finally completed.In the process design, the best process route is obtained according to the experience method at the production site so as to save time and improve labor productivity.Fixture design is to design the cylinder rolling head.Rolling is a kind of chip-free processing.The plastic deformation of the metal is used at room temperature to flatten the microscopic unevenness on the surface of the workpiece to change the surface structure, mechanical properties, shape and size and improve the surface finish.The above-mentioned special fixture design scheme can ensure the production of parts in medium batches and improve labor efficiency.
