摘  要:基于目前重组竹生产加工现状,国内重组竹热压完成后的卸料还是由人工辅助完成,缺少一个机构热压后自动将平铺的挡块抬起,将重组竹板和铺装钢板分离,防止在热压完成后竹板和下方铺装的铁板之间有很大的粘连,解决工人工作量大生产效率低的问题。采用86BLF03直流无刷电机和BLDC 5020无刷驱动器带动曲柄滑块机构作为主要执行机构,设计了一种可以将整个重组竹热压过程结合起来实现连续自动化生产自动卸料的装置,并通过有限元对其卸料性能进行仿真分析。该装置为实际生产提供有效的帮助。Based on the current status quo of the production and processing of recombinant bamboo, the unloading after the hot pressing of recombinant bamboo is completed by manual assistance.The lack of a mechanism to automatically lift the tiled stop after hot pressing, and the separation of the recombinant bamboo plate and the paved steel plate prevents a large adhesion between the bamboo plate and the iron plate laid below after the hot pressing is completed.Solve the problem of high workload and low production efficiency of workers.This article uses 86 BLF03 brushless DC motor and BLDC 5020 brushless driver driven crank slider mechanism as the main actuator, A device that can combine the entire recombinant bamboo hot pressing process to achieve continuous automated production of automatic discharge is designed, and its discharge performance is simulated and analyzed by finite element.
