摘　　要：为了进一步挖掘南县稻田养虾的生产潜力与推动南县稻田养虾产业的发展,对南县稻田养虾的发展现状以及稻虾共生、稻虾轮作和一稻三虾等主要种养模式进行了综述;从经济效益、生态效益和社会效益3个方面对稻田养虾的效益进行了分析;针对南县稻田养虾存在的种养主体参差不齐、轻视水稻种植、种苗供应不足、产业体系薄弱和种养风险较大的问题,提出了制订稻虾种养技术标准、建立虾苗繁育基地、完善稻虾产业体系和强化政府引导以抵御种养风险的建议。In order to tap the production potential of breeding crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)in paddy fields and promote the development of paddy crayfish industry in Nanxian County,the development status and three main breeding modes(i.e.,rice-crayfish symbiosis,rice-crayfish rotation,and one rice harvest-three crayfish harvests)of paddy crayfish industry were reviewed.Additionally,the economic,ecological and social benefits of breeding crayfish in paddy fields were analyzed.More importantly,suggestions related to technical standards establishment,crayfish fry breeding base building,the rice-crayfish industrial system improvement,and strengthening government guidance were made to prevent the uneven development of paddy crayfish breeding entities,the neglect of rice cultivation,inadequate supply of crayfish fry,weak industrial system and high risks in paddy crayfish breeding in Nanxian County.
