摘 要:越江隧道工程极端冲刷对工程规划设计至关重要,冲刷水文条件的确定是研究极端冲刷的前提。两江交汇处水文条件复杂,确定合理的极限冲刷水文条件是水文计算的难点问题之一,因此开展两江交汇段隧道工程极端冲刷水文条件分析具有重要的理论和实践意义。以瓯江、楠溪江交汇段为例,为确定两江交汇段极限冲刷水文条件,收集了两江历史洪水资料,改进传统的频率组合法,提出基于全概率公式的组合频率法,并结合特征值法,对瓯江、楠溪江交汇处设计洪峰流量进行频率分析,并从工程安全角度考虑,确定两江交汇段极限冲刷洪水流量。结果表明,瓯江段极端冲刷洪水条件为瓯江300年一遇洪峰流量31860 m^(3)/s,对应的楠溪江遭遇流量为4145 m^(3)/s。楠溪江段极限冲刷洪水条件为楠溪江300年一遇洪峰流量16580 m^(3)/s,对应的楠溪江遭遇流量为17320 m^(3)/s。研究结果为类似河流越江隧道冲刷水文条件研究提供借鉴。Maximum scour is very important for the planning and design of cross-river tunnel engineering,and the hydrological condition of scour is the prerequisite.The hydrologic conditions at the intersection of two rivers are complex,and it is difficult to determine a reasonable combination of flood peak discharges.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out the analysis of maximum scour hydrologic conditions at the intersection of two rivers.Taking the intersection of the Oujiang River and Nanxijiang River as an example,this paper studied the hydrological conditions of maximum scouring at the junction of the two rivers.Historical flood datasets were collected,the traditional frequency grouping method was improved.The combined frequency method based on the total probability formula was proposed,and combined with the eigenvalue method,the frequency of the designed flood peak discharges at the intersection of the Oujiang River and Nanxijiang River was analyzed.The results show that the maximum scour flood peak discharge of the Oujiang River is 31860 m^(3)/s,which is a 300 year return period flood discharge,and the encounter flood discharge of the Nanxijiang River is 4145 m^(3)/s.The maximum scour flood peak discharge of the Nanxijiang River is 16580 m^(3)/s,which is a 300 year return period flood discharge,and the encounter flood discharge of the Oujiang River is 17320 m^(3)/s.This study can provide a reference for the scour hydrological conditions of similar rivers.
