摘  要:文章旨在研究饲料添加不同水平赖氨酸对鳜幼鱼生长、饲料利用及生化组成的影响。试验选取平均体重为(2.75±0.08)g的鳜幼鱼540尾,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,分别饲喂赖氨酸水平D1组(1.52)(%干重,下同)、D2组(1.88)、D3组(2.16)、D4组(2.58)、D5组(3.02)、D6组(3.49)的等氮等能饲料。结果表明,饲料添加不同水平的赖氨酸可提高鳜幼鱼的终末体重、日增重、增重率及特定生长率。在终末体重上,D4组显著高于D1组、D2组、D3组(P <0.05)。日增重D4组显著高于D1组、D2组、D3组和D6组(P <0.05),D5组和D6组差异不显著(P> 0.05)。增重率和特定生长率D4组显著高于D1组、D2组、D3组(P <0.05)。饲料系数D4组显著低于D1组、D2组、D3组差异显著(P <0.05)。不同赖氨酸水平对鱼体蛋白质、脂肪、水分无显著影响(P> 0.05),鱼体中灰分水平随各组赖氨酸水平增加有升高趋势,但各组差异不显著(P> 0.05)。综上所述,鳜幼鱼饲料中赖氨酸水平为2.90%,占饲料蛋白质的5.58%,生长和饲料利用效果较好。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietarylysine levels on growth,feed utilization and biochemical composition of juvenile Siniperca chuatsi. A total of 540 juvenile siniperca chuatsi with an average body weight of(2.75±0.08)g were selected,randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group,feeding lysine level respectively D1group(1.52)(% dry weight,the same below),D2 group(1.88),D3 group(2.16),D4 group(2.58),D5 group(3.02),D6group(3.49)of the same nitrogen and energy feed.The results showed that adding different levels of lysine in diets can improve the final body weight,daily gain,weight gain rate and specific growth rate of juvenile siniperca chuatsi.The final body weight in D4groupwas significantly higher than that in D1 group,D2 group and D3 group(P < 0.05).Daily gain in D4 group was significantly higher than that in D1 group,D2 group,D3 groupand D6 group(P < 0.05). The WGR and SGR in D4 groupwere significantly higher than those in D1 group,D2 group and D3 group(P < 0.05). The feed conversion ratio decreased with the increase of lysine level,and D4 group was significantly lower than D1 group,D2 group and D3 group(P < 0.05).Different lysine levels had no significant effects on protein,fat and water content of fish(P > 0.05).The mineral composition of fish body had an increasing trend with the increase of lysine level in all groups,but there was no significant difference among all groups(P > 0.05).In conclusion,the lysine level in the diet of juvenile siniperca chuatsi is 2.90%,which accounts for 5.58% of the diet protein.
