《外科学》骨折五种移位表述存疑及辨析

摘　　要：物体移位必备动力、方向、程度三要素,我国本科教材《外科学》骨折概论表述的常见五种移位存疑:成角移位的本质认识不足且欠缺判定方向及度量标识、侧方移位的命名不准确且侧移方向欠缺细化、缩短移位的命名不准确且两骨折端相互重叠不实、分离移位的命名不准确且两骨折端相互分离不实、旋转移位的认识片面仅限于远折端。示范插图亦有8处细节绘制存疑。骨折移位理论不可自成,必须与基础科学的原点知识融会贯通,深入临床一线拓宽视野,贴切临床实际查漏补缺,遵循物体运动规律科学论证求证。Three essential elements of fracture displacement are power, direction, and extent. In undergraduate textbook Surgery, the five common transpositions described in the general description of fractures are questionable. The essence of angular shift is not well understood, and the direction and metric mark are absent. The name of lateral shift is inaccurate and the direction of lateral shift is not refined. Shortened displacement is inaccurately named and the two fracture ends overlap inaccurately. The separation displacement is inaccurately named and the two fracture ends are misaligned. The concept of rotational displacement is limited to the distal fracture end. There are also 8 questionable details in the illustrations. The theory of fracture displacement is not independent, which should be integrated with basic science and clinical practice. Doctors need to broaden clinical horizon and rigorously verify doubts with scientific spirits.
