摘　　要：目的探讨患者护理难度与护士工作负荷感知的相关性。方法采用整群抽样法对某三级甲等综合医院的400例住院患者进行护理难度测评,使用汉化版工作负荷感知量表完成53名责任班护士的工作负荷感知自评,并分析患者护理难度对护士工作负荷感知的影响。结果患者护理难度评分与责任护士工作负荷感知总分以及构成负荷感知的其中5项指标均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论患者的护理难度对护士的工作负荷感知具有显著正向影响,护理管理者应根据患者的护理难度,优化护理人力资源配置,降低护理人员的工作负荷指数,从而提高护理人员的工作满意度。Objective To explore the correlation between nursing complexity and nurses'workload perception.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to evaluate the nursing complexity of 400 inpatients in a ClassⅢGrade A general hospital,and the Chinese Version of Workload Perception Scale was used to complete the workload perception self-assessment of 53 nurses in duty shift.Then to estimate the effect of patient care complexity on nurses'workload perception.Results Patient care complexity score and nurse workload aware of total score and 5 indexes were significantly positive correlation(P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing complexity of patients has a significant positive effect on nurses'workload perception.Nursing managers should optimize the allocation of nursing human resources according to the nursing complexity of patients,reduce the workload index of nurses,so as to improve the job satisfaction of nurses.
