摘　　要：在数字经济发展背景下探讨数字商业模式创新形成机制,以促进数字技术与实体经济融合、创新发展。从战略柔性的视角构建数字化重构商业模式创新作用于企业绩效的过程机制模型,以长三角463家企业的调研数据为研究样本进行层级回归,分析具体影响路径。研究发现:数字化正向影响商业模式创新,商业模式创新对企业绩效有正向影响;战略柔性中介商业模式创新对企业绩效的影响,数字化显著调节商业模式创新与战略柔性之间的关系,也显著调节商业模式创新经由战略柔性影响企业绩效的间接效应,企业的数字化程度越高,商业模式创新通过战略柔性影响企业绩效的作用就越强。因此,在数字化背景下企业进行商业模式创新要加强数字化能力建设,加强战略柔性,以更好地适应动态环境、提升绩效。Under the background of digital economy development, the formation mechanism of digital business model innovation is discussed to promote the integration and innovative development of digital technology and the real economy. From the perspective of strategic flexibility, the process mechanism model of digital reconstruction of business model innovation affecting enterprise performance is constructed, the research data of 463 enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta is used as the research sample for hierarchical regression to analyze the specific influence path. The research finds that digitalization positively affects business model innovation, business model innovation has a positive impact on enterprise performance;strategic flexibility plays a mediating role in the impact of business model innovation on enterprise performance;digitalization significantly moderates the relationship between business model innovation and strategic flexibility, and also significantly moderates the indirect effect of business model innovation on enterprise performance through strategic flexibility;the higher the degree of digitalization of the enterprises, the stronger the effect of business model innovation on enterprise performance through strategic flexibility. Therefore, in the context of digital innovation, enterprises should strengthen the construction of digital capacity and strategic flexibility, so as to better adapt to the dynamic environment and improve performance.
