摘　　要：目的 了解某民办高校男大学生性取向及其自我隐瞒和艾滋病知信行现状,探究自我隐瞒和艾滋病知信行的相关关系。方法 采用整群抽取法抽取天津市某民办高校男大学生作为研究对象,使用艾滋病知信行和自我隐瞒量表对其进行问卷调查,调查结果拟合结构方程模型。结果 共调查某民办高校2 604名男大学生,其中同性恋和双性恋309人(11.87%),其自我隐瞒、艾滋病知信行得分分别为(29.53±10.603)、(5.51±2.317)、(8.81±2.749)、(3.70±1.762)分。结构方程模型显示,自我隐瞒对艾滋病相关知识和行为得分有负向作用(β=-0.035,P<0.05;β=-0.020,P<0.05),对艾滋病相关态度得分有正向影响(β=0.046,P<0.05)。结论 天津市某民办高校同性恋和双性恋男大学生自我隐瞒程度较高,应采取相应干预措施降低其自我隐瞒程度、提高其正确的艾滋病认知能力。Objective To explore the correlation between self-concealment and AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors by understanding the sexual orientation of male college students and their self-concealment and AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in a private college.Methods The cluster sampling was employed to investigate male college students from a private college in Tianjin, who received questionnaire survey by means of AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors as well as self-concealment scale, and the survey results fitted the structural equation model.Results A total of 2 604 male college students in a private college were surveyed, there were 309(11.87%) gays and bisexual students, the scores of self-concealment and AIDS-related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors were(29.53±10.603),(5.51±2.317),(8.81±2.749) and(3.70±1.762),respectively.The structural equation model showed that self-concealment was negatively associated with the scores of AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors(β=-0.035,P<0.05;β=-0.020,P<0.05);and was positively influenced with the score of AIDS-related attitudes(β=0.046,P<0.05).Conclusion Gay and bisexual male college students in a private college in Tianjin have higher degree of self-concealment.A series of interventions should be taken to reduce the degree of self-concealment among male college students and improve their correct HIV/AIDS cognition.
