摘　　要：目的探讨面罩冷敷法在颌骨畸形矫正术后患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年8月—2021年7月郑州大学第一附属医院口腔颌面外科收治的97例颌骨畸形矫正术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=48)与干预组(n=49)。对照组患者术后采用传统冰袋冷敷法,干预组患者术后采用面罩冷敷法。比较两组患者术后48 h疼痛、肿胀程度及术后24 h的引流量。结果干预组患者术后48 h的疼痛评分、肿胀程度均低于对照组,术后24 h的引流量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面罩冷敷法能够减轻颌骨畸形矫正术后患者的疼痛程度和肿胀程度,减少术后引流量,有利于促进患者恢复。Objective To explore the effect of mask cold compress in patients after jaw deformity correction.Methods From August 2020 to July 2021,convenience sampling was used to select 97 patients with jaw deformity correction who were admitted to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as the research object.The patients were divided into the control group(n=48)and the intervention group(n=49)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional ice packs after operation,while those in the intervention group received mask cold compress after operation.The pain and swelling at 48 hours after operation,and the drainage volume at 24 hours after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The pain score and swelling degree of the intervention group at 48 hours after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the drainage volume at 24 hours after operation was lower than that of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Mask cold compress can relieve the pain and swelling of patients after jaw deformity correction,reduce postoperative drainage,and help to promote the recovery of patients.
