摘　　要：护士心理健康促进中常用的团体心理辅导技术包括基于正念的团体辅导、巴林特小组、心理剧、萨提亚模式。团体心理辅导主要通过减轻护士压力、改善负性情绪、降低职业倦怠、提升职业获益感、改善人际关系和提高适应能力来促进护士的心理健康。本文对团体心理辅导在护士心理健康促进中的常用技术和应用现状进行综述,并分析团体心理辅导在护士心理健康促进中的优势与挑战,以期为相关领域研究者开展为基于团体心理辅导的护士心理健康促进研究与实践提供借鉴。Group psychological counseling techniques commonly used in nurses'mental health promotion include mindfulness-based group counseling,Balint groups,psychodrama,and the Satir model.Group psychological counseling mainly promotes the mental health of nurses by decreasing nurses'stress,relieving negative emotions,reducing job burnout,enhancing the perceived professional benefit,improving interpersonal relationships and adaptability.This paper reviews the common techniques and application of group psychological counseling,and analyzes the advantages and challenges of group psychological counseling in the promotion of nurses'mental health,with a view to providing a reference for the research and practice of nurses'mental health promotion based on group psychological counseling for researchers.
