远隔缺血后适应治疗急性脑梗死患者的有效性评价

摘　　要：目的 观察远隔缺血后适应治疗(remote ischemic postconditioning,RIPostC)对急性脑梗死患者NIHSS评分及mRS评分的影响。方法 将2021年5月~2022年3月收治的急性脑梗死患者89例纳入本研究,随机分为两组:对照组(常规治疗)44例,观察组(常规治疗加远隔缺血后适应治疗)45例,疗程均为14 d。在治疗前及治疗后第14 d、30 d、90 d对患者进行NIHSS评分,治疗前及治疗后30 d、90 d对患者行mRS评分,对两组数据进行统计学分析。结果 NIHSS评分治疗前、治疗后第14 d在观察组及治疗组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第30 d、90 d在观察组及治疗组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前mRS评分在观察组及治疗组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗第30 d、90 d mRS评分在观察组及治疗组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者90天总有效率、良好预后,在观察组及治疗组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用远隔缺血后适应治疗急性脑梗死有助于神经功能的恢复,操作简单、便捷、依从性高、安全性高。Objective To observe the effect of remote ischemic postconditioning adaption therapy on NIHSS score and mRS score in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 89 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to March 2022 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(conventional therapy n=44) and observation group(Conventional treatment & remote ischemic postconditioning adaptation therapy n=45).The treatment course was 14 days.NIHSS scores were performed before treatment and 14,30 and 90 days after treatment,mRS scores were performed before treatment and 30 and 90 days after treatment,and the data of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores between the observation group and the treatment group before and 14 days after treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in NIHSS scores between the observation group and the treatment group 30 days and 90 days after treatment(P0.05);MRS scores on the 30 th and 90 th day of treatment were significantly different between the observation group and the treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and good prognosis in 90 days were significantly different between observation group and treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of remote ischemic postconditioning in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is beneficial to the recovery of neurological function,with simple operation,convenience,high compliance,and high safety.
