摘　　要：科技创新的模式,正在从兴趣导向的个人自由探索向目标导向的有组织科研模式转变,团队的重要性日益凸显。步入知识经济时代,随着国际竞争的日趋激烈,一流的科研创新团队在国家创新和科技发展的舞台上发挥着日益重要的作用。研究旨在考察一流科研创新团队发展历程中最重要的影响因素,以及作为团队负责人的科学精英应当具备的特质,试图通过对五位诺奖获得者的访谈关键词提取,凝练出值得我国科研团队借鉴的有益经验。The mode of S&T innovation has changed from interest-oriented individual free exploration to goal-oriented organized research mode, and the importance of the team has become increasingly prominent. Stepping into the era of knowledge economy, with the increasingly fierce international competition, the first-class research innovation teams are playing increasingly important role in the national innovation and S&T development stage. The purpose of this study is to investigate the most important influencing factors of the development of first-class research innovation team and qualities that a scientific elite should possess as a team leader. This paper tries to extract the useful experience for Chinese research teams through picking up keywords from the interview of five Nobel Prize winners.
