摘  要:发展了激光辅助聚焦等离子体电离源-质谱分析技术,该技术采用激光对基质表面的样品进行解吸,适用于难挥发性化合物的高灵敏度分析。详细考察了采样模式和几何参数对分析结果的影响,发现随着激光光源距离样品载体表面越近,解吸效果越好,质谱分析信号越高,当二者距离为2 cm时所得质谱信号最高;同时发现激光辅助聚焦等离子体电离源适用于复杂基质中难挥发目标化合物的快速、高灵敏度分析。Laser-assisted focusing plasma desorption/ionization source mass spectrometry is developed in the current study,which employs a laser to desorb the samples on sample matrix surfaces.Extensive studies indicate that the current technique is applicable to target compounds with less volatility.In addition,a detailed investigation was carried out on the effects of sampling mode and geometric parameters on the performed of developed method.Results indicated that the distance between laser and sample carrier had a pronounced effect on the analysis sensitivity.As the distance became closer and closer,a higher analysis sensitivity could be obtained,and the optimal distance was 2 cm.After analyzing several pesticides,it demonstrated that the laser-assisted focusing plasma desorption/ionization source was suitable for rapid and high-sensitivity analysis of less volatile analytes in complex matrices.
